Payment must be paid in full, up front on the day that services are rendered. Special events require a minimum 10% down payment for reservation of the date.
Won Shot Photography, Inc. reserves the copyright of all photography and videography taken. This means that we can use any content for advertising or resale at our discretion.
When you purchase content from Won Shot Photography, Inc., whether it is part of a package or purchased separately, we grant you license to use the content for personal use and non-profit advertising only. You do not own the copyright, therefore cannot resell or distribute the content for resale whatsoever.
All images that you purchase from Won Shot Photography, Inc. come with basic editing. If you wish to have more advanced editing, it can be purchased for an additional price. Basic editing includes image enhancement, basic crop, straighten, and color enhancement if needed.
Won Shot Photography, Inc. reserves a three (3) week maximum time frame for editing and delivering your content unless otherwise specified. Specialty products may require a longer time frame.
Due to the nature of our business there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges accepted unless there is gross negligence on our part. i.e. We lose or do not deliver your content in the expected time frame. Any recompensation granted is at the discretion of Won Shot Photography, Inc.
Won Shot Photography, Inc. will arrive and leave at the agreed upon times. We are not accountable for the tardiness of your person(s) or event(s). If for whatever reason an extended time period is needed, terms and rates will have to be renegotiated at that time. If Won Shot Photography, Inc. is tardy, partial recompensation or additional services may be granted at the discretion of Won Shot Photography, Inc.
